About the Castleknock Business Association

The Castleknock Business Association was formed in 2012 and we have over 50 potential members and still growing. Our aim is to form a committee  comprised of dynamic people who have the vision to build a brand ‘Castleknock’ on a local and national basis. Our first goal was to establish a brand identity/logo and a promotional awareness campaign entitled Love Castleknock.

For service-orientated businesses, we have used this website to help them to connect with local residents and to promote their services. Networking between business owners is also a key part of our agenda and you will see more in this area in the coming months.

Most of all, we strive to ensure that as a local business you have a platform/forum to communicate with other business owners and managers in the area.

The CBA is growing. Whether you are a retailer, someone working from home, or a professional service, we are offering you the opportunity to interact with other members and benefit from the support of your fellow businesses through the network of the CBA.

Why join the Castleknock Business Association?

  1. Access to a pro-active and effective working committee
  2. We facilitate networking, collaborative marketing, brainstorming and support channels to each business
  3. Our aim is to help our members to build stronger relationships with their customers and neighbours through links with the various Castleknock Associations, local schools and sporting organisations
  4. One of our primary goals is to encourage businesses and local residents to ‘shop local’ by highlighting the quality, value for money and benefits in keeping local.
  5. You can harness the power of social media through Castleknock.ie and our links on Facebook & Twitter.
  6. We aim to develop and maintain links with Fingal County Council, OPW and our local representatives and Failte Ireland.
  7. Working with you, we can achieve so much more to put Castleknock on the map as a tourist destination due to our proximity to the Phoenix Park, Farmleigh and Dublin Zoo
  8. We hope to ensure that Castleknock is and continues to be a good place to rest, work and play
